Maisonette partners with brands both large and small from around the world to bring you the best in children’s fashion, toys, and home. Each brand ships directly to you, which means orders with multiple brands will arrive in separate packages, each with its own delivery timeline.

At checkout, you’ll see a Shipping Note with the estimated time for your item(s) to ship (processing time). Each vendor has their own processing time.

 

Estimated transit times (business days, excluding processing):

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically arrives within 4–7 business days after the carrier receives the package.

  • Standard Expedited: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after the carrier receives the package.

  • Express Expedited: Typically arrives within 1-2 business day after the carrier receives the package.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping: Typical transit is 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Freight Shipments

  • Large/Oversized Items: Transit typically takes 5–10 business days. The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window once the shipment reaches your local hub.

You can check your order status at any time in your account. To view tracking details, select your order to open the full details page. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once the item(s) in your order are ready to ship.Please be advised that all delivery timeframes listed above are approximate. While we and our carrier partners strive to meet these windows, they are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 


Taxes & Duties

Taxes

 

For US orders, Maisonette does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.

 

Duties

 

If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.


Cancellations

Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale. Freight Service

Items meeting a specified weight/dimension criteria will ship via freight service—the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery.
