The GRECH & CO. Sweetheart Twirl Dress is a children's dress in organic cotton jersey ~ 95% organic cotton with 5% spandex, which is what gives the knit its stretch. Buckwheat Plaid runs through other pieces in the range as well, so the dress has things to be worn with rather than hanging on its own.
