The Oaxaca from MIRTH is the dress that fits everyone. Can be worn with or without the wide tie belt. Features a deep v and an artful ikat fabric. The cotton fabric is handloomed by weavers in central India without the aid of electricity. The ikat pattern is created by dyeing batches of yarns using tie and dye methods.
