Taxes & Duties
For US orders, Maisonette does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.
If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact email@example.com. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive your package to initiate a return. You will receive a full refund if the item is returned within our cancellation period.
Maisonette is happy to offer free returns for a full item refund to your original form of payment for all eligible items shipped within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the security tag still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Maisonette store credit for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are final sale. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation, but generally applies to art, furniture, custom-made items, items shipping from international vendors, and discounted products. To process a return, please contact Maisonette Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, Maisonette’s vendors are able to provide a pre-paid return label, but in the event that one is not included in your shipment, then we are happy to provide you with one via email. For shipping, please package your unworn, undamaged items, with the security tag still attached, in the box that it was sent in, and affix the return label. To arrange a collection with UPS, contact your local service center at 800-823-7459 or drop off at your local UPS Store.
Items meeting a specified weight/dimension criteria will ship via freight service—the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery.
