On each product page, you will find a Size Guide that lists conversions for international sizes.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale. If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at customercare@maisonette.com.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
You can track the status of your orders in your Maisonette account. You will also be sent an order confirmation email with your tracking number.
Are duties included in shipping fees?
If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.
