Women's Ella Double Tulip Sleeve Dress, Blue

Ella is made in the pretty blue dianthus block print, it features a shirred waist, a tiered skirt and a double tulip sleeve. There is a low ruffle around the neck, an opening at the front which can be left open or closed with the pretty fabric ties that are attached.

About Ophelia & Indigo: Brooklyn-based Ophelia & Indigo was founded by Clare and Lucy, two friends from London who wanted to create well-made, well-priced clothes with a focus on sustainability. Ophelia & Indigo's collections are made in small batches, and their surplus fabric is used to donate pajamas to children in local domestic violence shelters.
