- If your tag becomes wet simply wipe dry with a soft cloth. If tag becomes soiled use warm water on a soft cloth to wipe it clean. Then wipe dry. Our tags are durable resin, and will not crack or break, however with prolonged use, "wear and tear" is to be expected in the form of scuffs or decreased sheen. To prolong the life of your tag please remove from time to time or during rough outdoor play. It is stronly encouraged to hang the ID tag on its own D ring on your pet's collar or harness to prevent scratches and/or yanking by a leash (especially if your pup is a "puller".) This will ensure your tag never gets lost! Please note that all our products are meticulously handmade one piece at a time. Due to this process, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions and imperfections that will make your purchase special and truly one of a kind.
