Founded by Heiji Choy Black and Elise Bergman in the fall of 2019, Jeune Otte is a line of special occasion clothing for tween and teen girls from 8 to 14 years old.  Made in Chicago with an eye toward sustainability, the designers wanted to create thoughtfully made clothes for individualist girls - the fashionista, the tomboy, the bohemian.
