We recommend pillow insert and machine washing on gentle cycle and dry on low heat. Detergent poured directly onto mat may cause discoloration. Use dispenser or add detergent to drum/dissolve in water before loading mat. Add detergent to drum prior to loading mat to avoid discoloration. Always make sure item is completely dry before storing.
