Squeaky Clean

Squeaky Clean is a foaming face wash formulated for kids and tweens ages 8 to 13. It removes the day's sweat, oil and dirt with a coconut-derived foam, softens with aloe vera and lightly refines with papaya seed. Despite the name, it leaves no tight, squeaky-dry feeling behind. It is step one of the Pipa routine and the product most families start with.

Between 8 and 13, skin begins producing more oil, the T-zone starts to shine and the first blackheads appear, but the skin barrier is still developing. Most adult cleansers are built to cut through makeup and sunscreen and contain salicylic acid, strong sulfates or fragrance that this skin does not need. Squeaky Clean contains none of them. It is free from synthetic fragrance, sulfates, parabens and phthalates, clinically tested for sensitive skin, pediatrician approved, cruelty-free and made in the USA.

The foam comes out of the pump ready to use, with no lathering and no scrubbing, which is why kids actually use it. Two pumps, thirty seconds, rinse. Coco glucoside and cocamidopropyl betaine, both coconut-derived, do the cleaning. Glycerin and aloe leaf juice hold on to moisture. Papaya seed extract gives a mild enzymatic polish without grains that scratch. Rose flower water rounds out the formula. 100 mL / 3.4 fl oz.
