About Mindful & Co Kids:

Born in Australia in 2019, Mindful & Co Kids was founded by psychotherapist Jacqueline Yeats, whose work focuses on using mindfulness as an early intervention for stress disorders. Inspired by her research, Jacqueline designed a collection of engaging games, activities, weighted plushies and wellness tools to help children experience the benefits of mindfulness and yoga in fun, practical ways. Our mission is simple: to empower the next generation to slow down, shift limiting beliefs, and embrace thoughtful living through a holistic approach to well-being.
