This lightweight high thread count cotton lawn fabric is so soft to the touch, light as a feather, and has a silk-like finish. Scattered with lilacs in blue, purple and lavender, the dress features billowy ruffled shoulders and a playful peplum flounce trimmed in white embroidered eyelet. A vintage millinery purple flower is pinned at the waist. Fully lined in fine white cotton batiste. Sustainably made in America.
