The Floating Pixie Flower Dress is a fantastical, frothy dress in a pastel periwinkle hue, scattered with pink pixie flowers and green leaves. A ruffled peplum flounce at the waist, and again below the knees adds to the femininity and flowiness of this dress. A pink and white vintage millinery flower is pinned at the waist, and two ribbons tie delicately into bows on each shoulder. Fully lined with fine white cotton batiste. Sustainably made in America.
