We partner with 800+ brands, and each piece of your order ships directly from each brand. This means returns are processed separately, and each item will need its own return label.

 


We Have a 30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery. A flat $9.95 fee applies to each return shipment, regardless of reason. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Item(s) need to be shipped or handed to the courier within the 30-day return period. Otherwise, the return will be denied.

For orders placed before April 29, 2026 (Orders that start with M followed by numbers), please use this link to initiate a return.

 

For orders placed on or after April 29, 2026 (Orders that start with MAIS, please use this link to initiate a return.

 

Non-returnable items include:

- Items marked as Final Sale

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Gift cards

- Items sold “As Is” or in “Open Box” condition

- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or fully unpackaged

- Items without original tags attached

- Items with damaged or missing original packaging (excluding damage from shipping)

- Personalized, monogrammed, or customized items

- Swimwear that has been worn, used, or is missing the sanitary liner and/or tags

- Items from international brands or shipped outside of the US may not be returned or exchanged

 


Holiday Return Policy

Eligible items purchased between November 15 and December 15 can be returned through January 15. Purchases made after December 15 are subject to our standard 30-day return policy. A flat $9.95 return fee applies per shipment.

 

Can I return my entire order in one package?

No. Because we operate as a marketplace, each brand ships directly to you. Returns must be sent back separately—each in its own package with its own return label to ensure it reaches the correct location.

 

Are returns and exchanges free?

Returns and exchanges are not free. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less a $9.95 return fee per shipment. You’ll receive an email once your return is complete.

 

How do I exchange an item?

We don’t offer traditional exchanges. You can return your item for a $9.95 fee per shipment and place a new order with free shipping. Once your return is received in new, unused condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for it to post, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Please note:

  • - Refunds reflect the amount paid after any promotions or discounts
  • - Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • - Items that do not meet return requirements will not be refunded; if you’d like the item sent back to you, a return shipping label fee will apply

 

Can I return an item that is marked as Final Sale?

No. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are marked on the product page, in your cart, at checkout, in your confirmation email, and on your packing slip. Delivery delays do not change Final Sale eligibility.

My item was damaged during shipping. How do I get a new one?

We’re sorry to hear this. A claim must be filed with the delivery carrier.

 

Please contact [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and our team will help guide you through the next steps.

 

Do I receive a refund on my original shipping fee?

Shipping fees ( Express and Expedited) are non-refundable. If your item arrived damaged or defective, the shipping fee may be refunded once the item is returned and reviewed.

 

Can I return personalized, monogrammed, customized or other similar items?

No. Personalized, monogrammed, and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they are not marked as Final Sale.

 

I processed my return within the 30-day window, but I forgot to ship it within the same period. Can I still return my items?

No. Item(s) need to be shipped or handed to the courier within the 30-day return period. Otherwise, the return will be denied.

 

Will the recipient see the gift's price on the packing slip?

Please note that our standard packing slips include item pricing. At this time, we are unable to remove pricing or provide "gift receipts" for individual orders.
