Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. If your order has already shipped, our support team can help initiate a return (excluding Final Sale items). For assistance, please contact [email protected].
Because we operate as a marketplace, orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes or cancellations aren’t possible once an order has been placed. Please note that items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders—no minimum required. This includes international and freight shipping. If you choose expedited shipping at checkout, additional fees will apply.

The "Petite Profiles" feature has been removed in the new site experience. While child profiles and saved birthdays are no longer available, your core account settings and order history remain intact.
Yes, your account still exists!. Only the sign-in method has changed. All of your historical account data is safe and will be visible once you log in using the verification code you received by email.
We have moved to a more secure, passwordless login system. Instead of a traditional password, simply enter your email address, and you will receive a 6-digit verification code (OTP) via email to complete your login.

To view tracking details, select the order in your account to open the full details page.You will also receive an order confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is ready to ship.
Once your package is marked as delivered, it is considered in the customer’s possession. If you’re unable to locate it, we recommend checking your delivery details, around your property, and with neighbors or the mailroom in your building.
If it’s still missing, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order and tracking number within 7 days of delivery. While we’ll do our best to assist, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
Shipments under $800 are no longer duty-free in the U.S. As of August 29, 2025, most international shipments—regardless of value—may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs processing. Any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility, and the carrier will contact you if payment is required. Please note that refusing delivery will not result in a refund.
