What You'll DoAs we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly motivated, charismatic team player to join our Customer Service team. The Sales and Customer Service Associate position is perfect for someone who is looking to be part of a fast-paced company with opportunity for growth.
Daily responsibilities include:
Answering sales or customer service related emails, phone calls, and chat messages from customers and employees by utilizing a desktop computer and headset
Ensuring best-in-class service in every customer interaction
Collaborating with internal and external teams and partners to resolve customer issues
Helping to translate customer issues into clearly defined feature and data requests
Handling small operations projects as needed
Customer Care Operating Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST
Shifts: You will be working 5 days a week with 8 hour shifts each day. At least one weekend day per week may be required. You will have the same days off and will work the same schedule on a weekly basis. Additional days and overtime hours may be necessary during high volume times.
This position will start off as a remote position. The position will transition to an in-office position in Brooklyn, New York, in September, 2020 (or when it is safe to do so).
What You'll Bring2 years professional experience, in customer-facing role
Technology start-up and e-commerce experience a plus
Experience with marketplace and drop-ship models a plus
Understanding of e-commerce platforms
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong attention to detail
Humility and emotional maturity
High proficiency in G Suite
Experience with Zendesk or a similar platform
