Emotional security designed for littlies. Our sensory buddies focus on the known senses: taste, smell, sight, touch and sound. Our Weighted Buddy Collection, featuring 5 sensory friends, is backed by evidence-based research, helping to reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. Backed by evidence-based research, our Weighted Teddies on Deep Pressure Touch Stimulation (DPTS), which is a firm tactile sensory input that provides a Proprioceptive* response to the body. It simulates firm hugs and compression and motivates the release of serotonin and dopamine in the brain. This helps children to regulate their emotions when going to sleep or when they are feeling emotionally overwhelmed. Please note that while our Weighted Teddies are soft and cuddly, he is also a special toy that requires gentle care. To ensure his longevity and safety, we recommend that children handle teddies with care and that he is not subjected to rough play or washing (spot clean only). While we strive to create toys that are both durable and lovable, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur due to improper use. About Mindful & Co Kids: Born in Australia in 2019, Mindful & Co Kids was founded by psychotherapist Jacqueline Yeats, whose work focuses on using mindfulness as an early intervention for stress disorders. Inspired by her research, Jacqueline designed a collection of engaging games, activities, weighted plushies and wellness tools to help children experience the benefits of mindfulness and yoga in fun, practical ways. Our mission is simple: to empower the next generation to slow down, shift limiting beliefs, and embrace thoughtful living through a holistic approach to well-being. We believe introducing mindfulness early creates a ripple effect, strengthening family bonds, fostering focus and engagement in learning, and helping children grow into happier, more confident, and emotionally resilient individuals.
