- Prior to any maintenance, switch off and unplug the appliance. Attention: Never submerge the appliance in water. For external cleaning, rub with a damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. To clean the fan blades, remove the screw on the underside of the fan ring . Now hold the appliance by the inner part of the controller and turn the inner part in an counter-clockwise direction. Now carefully remove the protection grid rear. Wipe the fan blades with a damp cloth and make sure to dry them properly afterwards. After cleaning, replace the protection grid rear on the appliance and tighten the screw.
