SHAKE Sissi (gently ), APPLY 1 or 2 coats, WAVE little hands in the air to keep kids occupied and nail polish perfect while it dries (it dries fast, don't worry!) This nail polish can be used as a top coat to add a touch of glitter on a more neutral color. No phthalates, formaldehyde, toluene, it's also fragrance-free. Dermatologically tested.
