- How to use
- Aromatherapy Inhale:Unscrew the cap, hold the inhaler below your nose, and breathe in slowly. Repeat as necessary.When changing scent wicks, wash inhaler thoroughly to remove traces of essential oil.
- Magnesium Oil:Spray on skin. Use as often as needed. If you have sensitive skin you can dilute with water and wash off after 20 minutes. 10 sprays = 270mg.
- Nausea Relif Bands:Place bands on pressure points P-6, about three finger widths from your wrist. To locate P-6, place the first 3 fingers of your opposite hand across the inside of your wrist.
