- Made with Liberty of London floral fabric. An instant classic that features a large bow sitting on top of a fully wrapped headband. Lined in velvet ribbon in a complementary color. Bow is lined so it has form (i.e. it's not floppy) and measures 3.75" x 2" at the widest part of the bow. Always hand made in Brooklyn, NY.
