Our "Big Chill" Necklace is slightly larger than our original chill pill, and lays horizontally.  The pill itself functions as the clasp, with a "screw closure". 18K gold vermeil and enamel chill pill on gold filled rope chain. Chill pill measures 0.75 inches and functions as a "screw closure" clasp. Total necklace length is 17 inches.
