Swimma are a proudly Black and Female owned company. Nomvuyo Treffers started the business out of the frustration of not being able to find a swim cap for her dreadlocks, or for her daughters’ afro hair. The “regular” ones simply don’t fit. Swimma Caps now has a range of swim caps for different hairstyles covering 99% of hairstyles. The journey is not finished though and more products have been launched since, with more to come in the future.
