Modern Picnic was launched in 2018 with the mission to provide women with a chic alternative to the traditional lunchbox. After graduating from college in 2016, their Founder, Ali Kaminetsky, moved into New York City to start her job in the fashion industry. Every day she would bring her lunch to work because of how much faster, cheaper + healthier it was. However, she quickly realized she did not have a chic or functional way to do so. From there, Modern Picnic was born.
