The Upseat was developed with the help of leading physiotherapists. Its ergonomic design encourages anterior pelvic tilt; a slight forward rotation of the pelvis that engages the muscles responsible for proper, upright posture. The Upseat is also designed to splay the infant's legs, and encourage healthy hip development.
The 3-in-1 design can be used as a floor seat for sitting up, a booster seat using the conversion straps and a feeding seat with an attachable tray (for four months up through two years). It’s great for feeding time and playtime. The lightweight design and convenient handle also allow for easy on the go.
At the Upseat, we're passionate about providing your baby with the best possible seating solution. But our commitment to giving back goes beyond just our products. That's why we're proud to donate 1% of our revenue to support families in need through our trusted partner organizations. Every time you choose the Upseat, you're not just investing in a quality product - you're also investing in a better future for families in our community. Thank you for helping us make a positive impact and for being a part of our mission to give back!
About Upseat: Founders Steve and Kim Pankratz embarked on a quest for a supportive baby seat for their son Jack, who was born with cerebral palsy. Faced with a lack of suitable options, Steve consulted leading physical therapists, who recommended a sitting wedge to promote proper posture. He then developed the Upseat, which garnered widespread attention and acclaim after being fast-tracked into a national chain following its appearance on CBC's Dragon's Den. The Upseat's success showcases parental determination and innovation, providing a safe and healthy seating solution for children across North America.
