We're Jade and Anna, professionally trained chefs who honed our skills in test kitchens creating recipes for publications such as Woman's Day, Good Housekeeping, and The New York Times. We created Poppikit baking kits to give home cooks (kids included!) the tools and confidence to create their own swoon-worthy cakes and cookies.
