What You'll Do

We have built a team of experts in their fields and are seeking additional rock stars to help us scale the business. As Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll be equal parts content creator and social strategist, developing and posting on-brand content while creatively responding to trending and real-time opportunities. This position will drive our efforts at digital content creation, distribution and engagement across all channels. You’ll drive monthly reporting on content performance and collaborate with the broader team to ensure that ideas and initiatives can be leveraged across all our channels, working closely with the entire Marketing team as well as external agency partners.


Lead social content ideation, creation, distribution and engagement with support and collaboration from Marketing, Merchandising and Creative team members

Collaboratively develop and execute the creative vision and approach for content across all channels under the leadership of the Creative Director and the VP, Marketing

Continually drive creative experimentation, video storytelling innovation and new customer experiences

Identify design, community and influencer trends and insights to inform the creation of content that will engage at scale

Help build out mobile-first content libraries that can be adapted across a variety of channels and touch points

What You're Responsible For

End-to-end creative production and sourcing of content for all social brand channels (i.e.: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.), including photography, video, and text

Contributing to and maintaining the social aspect of the Marketing Communications Calendar

Growing and engaging our organic social audiences and content consumers

Generating content that meets brand, marketing and sales objectives across all outlets

Publishing, scheduling, and distribution of all content, tagging products and driving sales when appropriate

Working with Customer Care to manage community conversation and provide open channels for customer feedback

Providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to serve all our digital audiences; increasing engagement, page views, sales and unique visitors/month

What You'll Bring

2-4 years of social media experience, writing and creating video and motion graphics content for one or more brands

BA/BS in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR or Advertising

Prior social media and community management experience building company accounts with strong engagement

A portfolio/website/social account that demonstrates a range of video, motion graphic, writing, and general content creation skills

The technical abilities to plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo & video (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their respective strengths, nuances, success metrics, and relevant demographics

Proven success working in fast-paced, collaborative team environments

Big ideas and an anything is possible attitude

Willingness to travel for the job as needed– about 10%
