We are a Marketplace

Maisonette is a marketplace of 800+ brands. When you place an order, that individual brand ships the product directly to your door. If you place an order with multiple brands, you will receive shipping estimates for each individual brand based on their unique fulfillment timeline. Be sure to check the estimated arrival dates for all of your shipments in the checkout process or on the orders page in your account information.

Order Date Recommendations

Given our high demand during this time, ordering early is best.

Due to the high volume of ecommerce orders this holiday season, the major shipping carriers (UPS, USPS) are all advising that there could be unexpected delays. The recommendations below are based on carrier approved cut off dates but there may be unforeseen delays due to overloaded shipping networks and COVID-19 staffing issues. We recommend ordering early.

For delivery by 12/9/20, we recommend placing all orders by the following dates:
Ground Shipping: Tuesday, 11/24/20
Standard Expedited Shipping: Wednesday, 12/2/20
Express Expedited Shipping: Thursday, 12/3/20
For delivery by 12/24/20, we recommend placing all orders by the following dates:
Ground Shipping: Friday, 12/11/20
Standard Expedited Shipping: Wednesday, 12/16/20
Express Expedited Shipping: Thursday, 12/17/20

**For personalized gifts, please place orders by the following dates:
Ground Shipping: Friday, 11/17/20
Standard Expedited Shipping: Tuesday, 12/1/20
Express Expedited Shipping: Wednesday, 12/2/20

For delivery by 12/30/20, we recommend placing all orders by the following dates:

Please note we cannot guarantee that expedited shipping orders will arrive on the expected date. Check estimated arrival time at checkout!

Special Considerations:

Items may run out of inventory during this busy time. If a vendor no longer has an item your purchased in stock, you will be notified and refunded accordingly. (Place your orders early to avoid missing out on a great gift.

Special gifts, such as custom-made items, furniture, or art often require additional processing times. Be sure to check out the product’s page for more information.

Some of our vendors have longer lead times than others – this can impact delivery times. Reach out to for more information on specific vendor fulfillment times.

All lead time information is listed on Product Detail pages, as well as in checkout and in shipping confirmations. Please be sure to review your order thoroughly prior to checkout to ensure your order fits your holiday timeline.

General Shipping Information

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays.

Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will usually ship on the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. We are currently unable to ship to US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are unable to process orders to PO Boxes. Please note that your order may delayed if these addresses are provided in checkout
